Overview PreK Primary (K-3) Elementary (4-6) Middle School (6-8) Teachers Volunteers Helping Today's Students Become Tomorrow's Engineers and Scientists SAE’s A World In Motion® (AWIM®) program is an inquiry-based learning experience that brings STEM concepts to life, setting students on a path of lifelong learning and discovery. Starting with the youngest learners, from preschool through 8th grade, AWIM combines practical, experiential learning with mentorship from industry volunteers and ongoing training and support for educators to provide equitable access to STEM. Order Curriculum and Kit 2021 EdTech Awards Finalist SAE’s A World In Motion (AWIM) STEM education program was named a 2021 EdTech Awards Cool Tools finalist for “Best Skills (21st Century Skills) Solution.” New for Grades 4-6: Navigating the Digital Universe We are excited to launch our newest STEM learning module—Navigating the Digital Universe—an interactive, character-driven curriculum that teaches elementary students about their rights and responsibilities as digital citizens. Aligned with national education standards, this flexible program can be implemented in virtual, hybrid, or in-person classrooms. Learn More Chowdhury STEM Innovation Contest SAE is excited to announce the Chowdhury Student Innovation Contest, an exciting opportunity for elementary and middle school students (grades 4-8) to choose a real-world issue that interests them and develop an innovative solution through IT or Engineering Design concepts. The issue may be local or global, and the STEM solution may be conceptual or applied. Students will envision and share their idea in a fun, creative way to engage their peers and increase awareness of the issue. Students can participate independently or with a small team and work with a mentor online or in-person. Participation is free and more than $20,000 in prizes will be awarded!
